Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Antero Henriquez has continued his war of words with Real Madrid president Florentino Perez. The La Liga champions are interested in signing Neymar and Perez even took time on the day Cristiano Ronaldo won his fifth Ballon d’Or to talk about the world’s most expensive player. Henriquez had something to say on the matter: “Talking about a player from another club on the day Ronaldo wins his fifth Ballon d’Or isn’t very nice for your player.” (Le Parisien)

The Italian club want to extend his stay at the San Siro until 2023 and are prepared to give him a hefty pay rise. Icardi has caught the eye of Real Madrid and Inter are determined to have their Argentine hitman sign a new deal with the club which sees his release clause rise to €130million.
